**About this exciting opportunity**:
Reporting to the Coordinator Organisational Development, you'll be an integral part of our People and Change Team, serving as a trusted business partner for key internal stakeholders. Your role will focus on employee relations, with the added bonus of being able to assist in driving a number of organisational development projects.
In the realm of employee relations, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing positive employee relationships while effectively resolving staff-related matters. Your expertise will ensure that our workplace remains harmonious, supportive, and conducive to productivity.
From elevating our employer branding to implementing innovative recruitment techniques, you'll be at the forefront of attracting top talent to our organisation.
**What you'll bring to the team**:
