D.O.C Group are looking for individuals to join our supervosor team in Carlton and Southbank We’re expanding our team at D.O.C Southbank at 6 Riverside quay, and D.O.C Espresso at 326 Lygon Street and we are looking for full-time, part-time and casual team members to assist with day to day operations.

About us:
D.O.C Group is, and has been a Lygon street institution since 1997. We have since grown to a 7 Venue company across Carlton, Southbank and Mornington in Victoria and Surry Hills in Sydney. We’re expanding our group and we’re looking for great new additions to our team to continue our growth.

About the role:
day to day operations will include:

- Supervising morning and/or evening shifts in a fast paced restaurant and cafe environment.
- Hosting or managing a busy section and contributing to the front of house team day to day.
- working alongside venue management in sales generation.
- Providing training and empowerment to junior team members.
- Providing enthusiastic and unapologetically Italian customer service to our clientele.
- Qorking alongside our kitchen to maintain the flow of service.
- Contributing to team morale, maintaining a positive, high energy environment.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic Work environment for the team. Enforcing hygiene standards in the workplace.

Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
