Mercuri Food Group is currently seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to join our friendly team,

The position requires working nights and 5 days.

The Floor Sup[ervisor will be hands-on, leading the team while overseeing waiting staff and kitchen operations. The Floor Supervisor will have the freedom to create fun and exciting specials.

Located on busy Lygon street in Carlton we are close to the C.B.D & Public Transport.

We are a fast fast-paced Restaurant, serving a huge range of quality drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, tap beer, milkshakes, Italian espresso, and more.

The restaurant is open 7 days a week.

We also have Our Ready Meals Brand, Wilding Foods, the Floor Supervisor will oversee operations and ensure our premium product is dispatched smoothly.

Pay follows and exceeds Restaurant Industry Award Rates + penalty rates + sick leave + annual leave + superannuation + laundry allowance.

**Salary**: $100,000.00 per year
