A busy and well known high end pizzeria in Carlton is looking for a Bar Supervisor to join their team.

You’ll be working for one of the best hospitality companies in the country and run the bars in this busy and popular venue. Ordering, training, stock management and serving are all required in this role plus you’ll need to be able to make cocktails

This is mainly a customer facing role where you’ll make great tips and become the go to person for everything bar focused in the venue.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Tips

**Experience**:

- Bar management/supervisor: 3 years (required)
- Hospitality: 5 years (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
