**Housekeeping Supervisor Role**

Come and join our team at our Rathdowne Place Aged Care facility located in Carlton. Your duties will consist of:

- Leading a team of 8
- Investigating and addressing complaints
- Providing training
- Scheduling shifts and organising replacements
- Assist your team with general Housekeeping duties

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.

**About You**
- Good communication skills as you will be speaking with our residents and their family on a daily basis
- Strong understanding of infection control standards and maintain compliance in this area.
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience, in hotel/serviced apartments or health services
- Physically fit to be able to perform your duties
- Triple Vaccinated
