The role
The Administration Officer will provide effective and efficient ICT support services across Queensland and as part of this team this role ensures that effective administrative support, focusing on asset management, is provided to the work unit in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role you will have ability or the ability to quickly learn Service Now and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management processes (primarily incident / configuration management).
**Other Key Responsibilities include**:
- Maintain an efficient and effective records management system for assets, equipment, and software.
