**THE PROJECT**

We are currently successfully delivering 2 key METRONET projects in Perth WA - Yanchep Rail Extension and Thornlie-Cockburn Link under NEWest Alliance a multidisciplinary collaboration between DT Infrastructure and CPB.

**THE ROLE**

We are seeking an experienced **Structures Supervisor **to join the** Thornlie-Cockburn Link project** on a permanent full-time basis.

Reporting to the Superintendent, you will be responsible for coordination and supervision of team members and equipment, in terms of time, cost and quality.

You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team of Project Managers, Engineers, Clients, Consultants on the project. This is your chance to make a difference on our Public Transport project.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Day to day management of the workforce under direct and indirect control.
- Investigation and assistance with engineering technical issues.
- Site supervision in terms of quality, timeliness, budget and compliance.
- The handling and resolution of queries from suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Forward planning daily/weekly/monthly construction work including people, plant and machinery resources.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience in Construction of concrete structures, bridges, walls, footings, bitumen etc.
- Proven leadership ability, ideally 5+ years supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated commercial experience includes planning up to 4 weeks ahead and monitoring of resources within area of accountability.
- Conduct own work and teams according to site Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
