**Project Spotlight: Ground Transport Consolidation Project (GTCP)**

You will be working on the Ground Transport Consolidation Project (GTCP) — a transformative infrastructure project designed to improve transport access, safety, and long-term connectivity. Located at Perth Domestic Airport, Terminal 1, the GTCP involves major road upgrades, intersection enhancements, and integrated civil and structural works — all delivered in a live, brownfield environment.

This high-profile project offers a unique opportunity to be part of a technically challenging build with national significance.

**The Role**

The GTCP team are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Supervisor to join our delivery team. This role requires a hands-on supervisor who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about maintaining high safety and quality standards.

**What to Expect in This Role**:

- Monitor part of a project to ensure your section or package of work is delivered on time and budget, within quality standards
- Liaise with subcontractor supervisors on works in progress
- Manage works in accordance with the Project Management Plan
- Have a strong focus on personal and team safety through our "Safety is My Way" initiative
- Ensure your team is fully skilled and has the required resources to meet productivity targets
- Drive productivity and manage the performance of your team and subcontractors
- Lead and coordinate, labour, plant, materials and subcontractors daily
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders including Senior Management, Clients and Government Authorities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
- Conduct and participate in site meetings (toolboxes, pre-start, inductions and other health and safety requirements)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in a Supervisor position within the commercial building sector
- An engaging and driven leader with experience in driving a high standard of work and safety
- Strong ability to monitor a section of work and co-ordinate resources to deliver on time and budget, while upholding a high-quality standard
- Be able to show competence in planning projects and recording progress
- Previous experience of managing a large work crew
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a large site team
- Excellent sub-contractor coordination & management skills
- Demonstrate good tenure with previous employers
