**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience in a management role within a casual dining environment
- A Front of House expert that can deliver exceptional service and take our guests through a casual and fun culinary journey
- Knowledge and passion to learn current food and beverage trends
- A love of all things hospitality

**About the Role**

Winghaus is a wing-packed, sauce-smacked sports bar that specialises in all things chicken wings and boasts 40 drinks on tap. Known as Australia’s home of live sports, there are three Winghaus venues located in Sydney and Brisbane.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Delivering outstanding customer experiences through personally demonstrating positive interactions and coaching the team to do the same
- Supporting the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members in line with brand values
- Having a proactive, and solution focused approach to improving guest satisfaction
- Upholding high operational standards across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand standards and service culture
