**Your new company**

One of Australia's leading food production companies with a strong reputation for producing a wide range of delicious foods have established partnerships with major retailers across the country are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of production staff in a new stat-of-the-art facility on the South Sunshine Coast.

**Your new role**
- Development and monitoring of routine equipment maintenance with a strong emphasis on preventative maintenance.
- Fault-finding, monitoring and maintenance of production equipment.
- Analysing records and identifying opportunities to improve maintenance programs.
- Assist management with costs, estimates for labour hire requirements and budgets.
- Adhering to all quality, food safety, WH&S and environment policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records in the MEX program.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Mechanical fitting experience, in a high volume, automated food manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of complex pneumatic systems, packaging machines, conveyors, ovens and mobile plant.
- Experience with stainless steel fabrication and welding.
- Technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with the MEX system and/or CMMS Software
- Be willing to undertake a pre-employment medical
