- Oversee the scheduling and workflow of repairs across multiple jewellery store partners.
- Perform quality assurance checks and contribute to complex watch repairs.
- Maintain efficient turnaround times while ensuring exceptional craftsmanship.
- Communicate with store teams regarding job progress, timelines, and technical needs.
- Monitor and manage parts inventory and supplier relationships.
- Train and mentor team members and ensure a high-performance culture.
- Stay current with industry trends and evolving repair techniques.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
