About the Position

We are searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Site Manager to oversee the operations of a smash repair facility located in Western Sydney. This role involves managing the day-to-day functions of the site, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring high standards of customer service and repair quality. The successful candidate will also be responsible for meeting financial goals and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and support a team of technicians, fostering a positive work environment and driving continuous improvement.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers & insurance companies; ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.

- Operational & Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of site operations, including scheduling, resource management, inventory control, and financial performance to meet weekly and monthly targets.

- Quality & Compliance Assurance: Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest quality standards while adhering to industry regulations and safety protocols.
