**National Facilities Manager (Repairs and Maintenance) - Kip Happy Stays**

We are seeking a versatile and talented National Facilities Manager (Repairs and Maintenance) to supervise and coordinate work across Kip Happy Stays' sites nationally. You will deliver on a wide range of projects across our business including an ongoing maintenance program for 20+ dog boarding and dog daycare sites.

The role will be Full-time and can be Sydney or Melbourne based.

Responsibilities include:

- Planned maintenance programs that will deliver a commercial and/or operational benefit to Kip.
- Maintain WH&S compliance on-site to ensure a safe working environment
- Budget planning, reporting to General Managers of each region
- Supervision of subcontractors delivering maintenance, renovations and general upgrades/ building works across Australia
- Overseeing completion of urgent and critical maintenance issues on a daily basis
- Troubleshoot and quickly escalate delays or issues arising from work orders
- Utilisation of systems to ensure all data is captured and reported appropriately
- Review, inspect and sign off completed work orders assuring quality and specification expectations are met
- Liaising with internal General Managers and Development Manager as well as external contractors to prioritise works across a number of sites

You will be highly motivated, thrive on taking ownership and will pride yourself on optimum service delivery. Previous facilities experience in retail or service industries will be highly regarded.

You will need:

- Trade background; engineering or building qualifications are highly regarded
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facilities management
- Experience in multiple site facilities/building maintenance is highly regarded
- Ability to interpret pricing and quotations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and build relationships internally/externally
