We are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee site operations, ensuring seamless property services with mínimal disruption to client business operations. This role is perfect for a proactive and detail oriented professional with a strong client focus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage site operations, including scheduled and ad-hoc works, to ensure business continuity.
- Oversee budgets and cost expenditure for facilities management, covering preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Implement and monitor asset management to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Conduct property condition audits and ensure preventative maintenance is effectively managed.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, innovations, and best practices.
- Ensure safety measures are in place and align with legislative and compliance requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and proactively address hazards.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships through regular engagement and collaboration.
- Effectively manage client, landlord, and supplier relationships with a strong focus on customer experience.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting for facility operations.

**About You**:

- Experience as a Facilities Manager, covering both**Soft Services and Hard Services.
- Strong knowledge of commercial property software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A client-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on customer experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
