What this job involves
The JLL On-Site Facilities Management (FM) team is engaged to manage all aspects of Facilities Management & Building Management for the operation and maintenance of the Australia Post Tullamarine Cluster (multi industrial and logistic sites, both owned and leased - circa 100,000sqm), including any designated financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, asset and vendor management programs, and to provide facilities administration duties in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.
This ranges from contractor access coordination through to analysis of service & building performance with a view to strategic & sustainable management of the facility. This is delivered through day to day hard and soft services functions to support the overall operational capability of this facility.

You’ll have experience working in management of operational facilities with hard FM skills knowledge
It is preferred you are trade certified or licensed in a relevant field (mechanical / BMS experience).
Critical for this role is your proven experience working in a industrial environment and working on multiple site
You’ll have proven understanding of building compliance, essential services, BCA, WH&S and environmental obligations within a facility management setting.
Both written and spoken communication skills are vital
Great time management and organisational skills and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
You’ll need to be pro-active, motivated and very client focused.
