**About Us**
Yogurberry Australia is the country's first self-serve frozen yogurt brand, with 30 stores across NSW and ACT. We're committed to delivering premium quality, excellent service, and consistent brand standards across our franchise network.

**The Role**
We are looking for a motivated and organised Franchise Support Consultant to join our team. This junior role reports directly to the Area Manager and plays a key part in supporting our franchise partners with **operational performance**, **training**, and **relationship management**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver **hands-on customer service training**for new franchise stores prior to launch
- Identify and coach underperforming stores to meet brand standards
- Conduct regular store visitations and follow-up training sessions
- Support franchisees in resolving service-related concerns
- Build strong working relationships with store staff, managers, and franchise partners
- Support store launches and events
- Provide feedback and reporting to the Area Manager

**What We're Looking For**
- 1-2 years’ experience in retail or hospitality, ideally with a training AND team leader background
- Passionate about customer service and operational excellence
- Confident communicator who can lead by example
- Able to work independently and manage multiple store relationships
- Full driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel for store visits across NSW/ACT

**Salary**: $70,000 + Super + Travel allowance
- Based in Silverwater, NSW_
- Monday to Friday role, occasional weekend support may be required_
