Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in the Sydney area. This role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored mobility solutions that enhance independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, occupational therapists, and end-users.
  • Conduct in-home and facility-based product demonstrations and assessments.
  • Provide expert advice on mobility and rehabilitation equipment, including wheelchairs, scooters, beds, and patient handling solutions.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, expos, and training sessions to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or mobility equipment.
  • Experience with working with Clients with Neuro conditions, Spinal Cord Injury and Cerebral Palsy
  • Experience in Scripted Wheelchair Prescription
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
  • Empathy and a genuine desire to help people improve their quality of life.
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the Wollongong / Illawarra region.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
