**Your Next Employer **is a reputable Shop-fitting company who produce modern Fit-outs for retail and hospitality across the Gold Coast and Brisbane. They are located centrally on Gold Coast and have a great team. Due to continued growth they are seeking an Production Manager to oversee their workshop and production team.

**Your Role** will oversee the production and delivery of high-quality commercial, cabinetry to luxury retail and hospitality interior fit out projects. You will adhere to tight timeframes while ensuring a quality product. In addition to:

- Co-ordinate project outcomes with project managers and clients
- Overseeing the off site fabrication and sub trades
- Driving the team of draftsmen and manufacturing to produce high quality joinery manufacturing to meet deadlines
- Setting targets for manufacturing and ordering materials
- The review of joinery drawings ready for production
- You will be a natural leader and work with your team to meet project goals

**Your Experience** in a similar capacity, and knowledge of both construction methods and installation processes is essential.

Previous and well versed in all aspects of shop fitting and cabinet making trade. You will be consistent in meeting deadlines and have excellent communication skills.
