We acknowledge their efforts with professional development, rewards, and recognition, and provide an array of excellent employee benefits _(Check out our perks & benefits below)_ **Requirements**: **WHAT YOU’LL DO** - Be the face of LEAP for clients and suppliers, and the contact for visiting LEAP staff from our global locations - Proactively manage and order routine stationery items and groceries - Ensure office environment is maintained at a high standard at all times, including kitchen area and meeting rooms - Coordinate office cleaning, recycling, waste, and shredded material removal - Organise contractors, including, but not limited to, heating, company plants, water machines, air conditioning, hygiene, waste, recycling) - Ensure health & safety compliance (e.g. maintain fire warden and First Aider list, fire and waste, risk assessments, monthly fire, emergency lighting, smoke and extinguisher testing, portable appliance testing and relevant reporting) - Assist with company travel and accommodation bookings - Organise Monthly Celebrations and any ad hoc Spot Awards and award vouchers - Assist with employee new starter onboarding (such as seating set up with Welcome sign, name tag, and welcome pack) - Organise monthly Coffee with the CEO **WHAT YOU NEED TO BE REALLY GOOD AT** - Communication - clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message - Decision making - identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences. - Work standards - setting high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed - Customer focus - ensuring that the customer perspective is a driving force behind business decisions and activities; crafting and implementing service practices that meet customers’ and own organisation’s needs - Information monitoring - setting up ongoing procedures to collect and review information needed to manage an organization or ongoing activities within it. - Managing work (includes time management) - effectively managing one’s time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently. - Safety awareness - identifying and correcting conditions that affect employee safety; upholding safety standards **KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE** - 1-2 years’ experience in a Receptionist/Office Administrator role - First Aid and Fire Warden trained - Excellent customer service skills and personal presentation - Experience negotiating contracts with suppliers (desired, but not essential) **Benefits** - Friendly, supportive, and driven culture - Complimentary gym membership - Fully stocked pantry - Weekly massages - Break out area and sporting activities - Monthly celebrations for birthdays, work anniversaries, new joiners and passing of probation - Generous Parental Leave benefits - One additional paid "Be Me" leave day per year to celebrate being you - Opportunity to participate in our Employee Share Scheme **SOUND LIKE A JOB YOU WERE BORN TO DO?
