The Learning and Development Advisor is central in providing an effective learning and development service aligned with the City’s business. Essential to this is the ability to develop and implement tailored programs to grow workforce capacity and capability, ensuring employees can competently and confidently fulfil their roles.

Reporting to the People and Culture Services Manager, this position will:

- Coordinate and implement the City’s Learning and Development Framework to build a capable, agile and professional workforce.
- Provide fit-for-purpose learning solutions that foster employees’ career development and position the City as a viable longer-term employer.
- Source value for money learning solutions that deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Deliver projects and programs to expand organisational Learning and Development capability and quality.
- Instil high levels of rigour and compliance with mandatory training requirements so our workforce can perform their roles safely and professionally.
