**About the Opportunities**:
- _ 2x Full time Dental Assistants_
- _ 1x Full time Receptionist_
- _ Both roles are rostered over 4-days a week between Monday - Friday_
- _ Conveniently located on Riversdale Rd where there is access to public transport via various bus and tram routes_

**The Heart of the Role**:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
- Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Handling payments
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management
**What you'll bring**:
- Experience working at a local Australian Dental practice highly regarded
- Passionate about customer service / patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
