**Overview**:
Our eCommerce Manager role exists to drive retail performance of our stores. You are there to ensure that the business is technologically sound and secure, a strategy is made to meet our growth trajectory and that there are no business interruptions due to chosen tech. You will be responsible for a hands-on approach to SEO, Conversion rate optimisation and UX improvements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set strategy for the development and changes on the website to grow our conversion rate, all content touch points on the website and SEO.
- Own the eCommerce Customer Journey from concept to execution to deliver sales budgets and on-site behavioural metrics for AU, NZ and USA markets.
- Manage all product uploads to the website to be on time and accurate.
- Ensure reporting is accurate and up to date to communicate across the teams core projects, improvements and strategies.
- Review the performance of our tech stack to ensure that our core business requirements are excelling.
- Lead and negotiate all pricing for external parties and contract renegotiations.
