**Job description**:
We are looking for a smart, driven, and passionate Commerce analyst to join our Supercheap Auto eCommerce team. The Commerce Analyst will provide actionable insights and analysis on how customers are using the Supercheap Auto website and use this to drive and optimise growth using platform capabilities. This is your chance to join one of Australia’s largest omnichannel retail eCommerce operations.
Our team play a crucial role in our omnichannel customer journey. Producing and managing our online platforms, they ensure we continue to enhance our overall customer experience.
Reporting to the head of Commerce and as a leader within the eCommerce team, you will be fundamental in shaping our direction to grow and optimise our omnichannel customer journeys. You’ll have an understanding of what it takes to impact the bottom line and deliver great outcomes for customers.
This role would suit an experienced Commerce analyst with a curiosity around customer behavior and the e-Commerce landscape and someone who is not afraid to challenge the status quo
Based in our state-of-the-art HQ, Strathpine QLD, this will be a hybrid mix of working in the office and from home.
**Day to day responsibilities will include**:
- Take ownership and provide actionable insights on the success of strategic and tactical initiatives
- Use reporting and data to analyse behaviour and make recommendation
- Support the eCommerce team with optimising trading performance
- Communicating initiatives, consulting with internal and external stakeholder
- Optimising key platform capabilities such as but not limited to; onsite search, product recommendations, sort and facet management
- Building and maintaining effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business priorities
- Ensuring ongoing development of personal skills/knowledge to enhance continuous improvement
**About you**:
- Have experience in digital data insights and analytics
- Demonstrated knowledge of HTML, CSS, or willingness to learn
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform exp. is highly desired but not essential
- An understanding of SEO practices
- Reporting, Analysis and Critical thinking skills
- Exposure to online merchandising and trading
- Experience creating personalised or targeted content for web
- Communication and Consultation skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and Salesforce certified will be looked upon favorably
