As a Service Technician you play a critical role in delivering our products to our customers. Working closely with our Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing Warehouse team you will be responsible for delivering on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for equipment and systems at customer locations.

The Field Service Technician ensures optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Install, configure, and test equipment at customer sites
- Maintain technical knowledge of company products
- Maintain working knowledge of compliance requirements
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or software issues
- Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs
- Educate customers on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and service kits
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues
- Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements
- Travel to various client locations as required

Customer Service

- 2-4 years’ experience in field service or technical support roles
- Experience working with gaming machines is highly regarded
- Previous experience working in heavily regulated industries is highly regarded
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Experience with diagnostic tools and service software
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
- MS office skills
- Lifting equipment up to a max of 25 kg safely
- Driving in a tool of trade vehicle for extended periods of time
- Standing for a large part of day
