McMillen Jacobs Associates is a full-service engineering firm in the transportation, heavy civil underground, water resources and hydropower markets. We are leading professionals in design and construction support services for underground tunnels and stations, deep shafts, large-diameter wastewater and water tunnels and pipelines, heavy rail, light rail, hydropower and water conveyance design, as well as construction claims and dispute resolution.

We are currently looking for a **BIM/Digital Engineering Coordinator **to join our **Design Technology** team in our** Melbourne office**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a point of contact for project specific DE matters.
- Responsible for project DE information and model management.
- Manage file sharing between internal disciplines and all external partners.
- Provide technical guidance and input to DE/BIM practices.
- Review design documentation, model data and coordination conflicts (clash detection).
- Review and understand BIM contractual obligations and provide advice to team as required.
- Assist in preparing, implementing and managing company BIM Execution Plans.
- Manage and assess compliance of model deliverables with agreed Project DE protocols.
- Provide one-to-one mentoring on 'Best Practice' workflows to project teams as required. Review and audit project models to ensure project standards, best practices and contractual obligations are being met and maintained by the delivery team.
- Proactively participate in driving Digital Engineering innovation within the company and support and mentor younger colleagues in the DE space.
- Set up and maintain project templates and models to align with project structure, definition of BIM deliverables, data exchange formats and effective workflows.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Relevant degree or qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Architectural Technology, or related discipline.
- Proven Revit experience on large complex projects, driving BIM deliverables for the project team and client.
- Experience in implementation of BIM standards and workflows in line with company and client BIM standards and BIM objectives.
- Good interpersonal skills and the able to work independently and as part of an effective team.
- Experience in with Common Data Environments (BIM360, ProjectWise), Clash Review software (Revizto, Navisworks) and; broader BIM design and project delivery tools (Civil 3D, Dynamo, PowerBI)
- Experience facilitating BIM and DE processes to ensure teams meet project goals and deliverables.
- Experience in establishing Project BIM requirements including; project structure, execution plans, definition of BIM deliverables, data exchange formats and effective workflows within a team.
- Reporting of BIM performance and BIM team member competencies.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written language communication skills;
