The primary objective of this position is to oversee and guide the creation of digital models and integrated data from the initial design phase to the construction phase. The responsibilities will encompass managing the BIM workflow, addressing any possible problems during modeling, clash detection, and data conversion promptly and effectively.

As the Lead BIM Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for establishing project-specific modeling, connecting information across different disciplines, monitoring changes, and maintaining consistent coordination with project stakeholders.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Set up and maintain project-specific electrical models.
- Manage workload and resourcing with the BIM Manager for the project over the project lifetime.
- Coordinate with project and engineering teams, updating and modifying the model as needed.
- Develop 3D documentation using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Assist engineers with design calculations and drawings.
- Ensure high-quality work delivery within specified time frames.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a similar role on large projects, preferably Commercial or Rail within Australia
- Minimum 5 years of BIM Coordinator experience.
- Minimum 5 years as a senior / lead modeller.
- MEP Services experience, particularly in Electrical (or architectural and structural) with senior experience in tray work.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Extensive experience with BIM software in building engineering projects.
