About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration
About the school
You will be leading your team of educators at St Maria Goretti’s Catholic School in Redcliffe, one of our Newest Services Fit with your very own classroom setting, so you don't need to worry about setting up a large area, its all done for you Being a NEW site, you have the opportunity to build this service from the ground up to be an amazing experience for the children, supported by your operations manager every step of the way.
This service covers both before and afterschool care (7:00 AM - 9:00 AM and 2:15 PM - 6:00 PM) totaling to 31.75 hours a week (includes 3 hours admin time)

Enjoy working with kids
Strong and clear communication
Team player with a desire to become a service leader
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
