**About Us**

NEPEAN Conveyors (a division of NEPEAN) provides fully engineered turnkey conveying and materials handling solutions, from concept to commissioning for some of the world's largest mining companies. Established in 1985, it manufactures and markets conveyor components including pulleys, idlers, rapid advance-rapid retreat components and drive-heads, and provides on-site installation, maintenance, and relocation of conveyor installations.

**Our Opportunity**

To support our ongoing growth, NEPEAN Conveyors NSW are currently seeking a Site Junior Project Coordinator to join our team. This position is a full-time permanent opportunity based in our design and manufacturing facility in Unanderra NSW.

This role will have varied responsibilities specific to each project or shutdown undertaken and will require a dynamic skillset to plan, manage and execute.

**Your duties will include however but not limited to**:

- Primary point of contact with our customers for site activities for each project or shut.
- Management of subcontractor works. This includes responsibility of the scope, schedule, and quality.
- Build and develop relationships with stakeholders.
- Assist in preparation of quotations.
- Manage and process orders utilizing PRONTO ERP package.

**The Right Person**
- 5 years post trade experience in Mechanical or Electrical trade.
- Underground back coal experience.
- Full Driver License.
- Demonstrate conveyor knowledge.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Construction white card general induction.
- Appropriate work license for some or all the following activities such as working at heights, working in confined space, elevated work platform.
- Exposure to PRONTO or SAP would be beneficial, but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
