**The Company**

With a recent review around continuous improvement initiatives, an opportunity has been created for a Procurement Manager to manage their Indirect spend.

**The Role**
- As the Indirect Procurement Manager, you will support the development, deployment and management of procurement strategies for the all Indirect spend.
- You will deliver sustained value and competitive advantage to the business by managing closely key supplier relationships and negotiating smartly to achieve cost reductions and optimal category performance.
- Assist in the design and implementation of sourcing strategies to identify new opportunities to improve supplier base and, in doing so, reduce potential risk.
- Reporting to the Group Procurement Manager, you will develop and manage adherence policies to ensure optimum service levels are achieved by all suppliers to the Indirect category.

**Your Background**
- You will have the ability to work across all functions within the organisation, communicate at all levels and negotiate improved total value outcomes.
- Degree qualified, you will be naturally influential and enjoy a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- With demonstrated superior supplier management skills, you will effortlessly engage internal and external stakeholders, bringing them on a journey of change and continuous improvement.
- Your high levels of accountability and focus on attention to detail will set you up for success in this strategic role.
