Action Smart Group are a nationwide automotive repair network. This is role will be supporting the operations team to manage our equipment and stock nationally.

**About you**

Ideally you will have a stores background with the following skills:

- Forklift Licence - Mandatory
- HR Licence - Ideal, but not mandatory
- High computer Literacy
- Equipment maintenance experience
- Sound knowledge of Inventory Management systems
- Self Motivated and proactive
- Honest and reliable
- Great communication and time management skills
- Works well under pressure, during hail season there are multiple sites
- Can do attitude with the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to travel and work away from home to assist with site set ups when required

**About the role**

Within this you you would be responsible for managing equipment for the group including ordering, receiving, storing, stocktaking, distribution, and maintenance. Not limited to, but including the following tasks:

- Maintain service equipment to Australian Standards - e.g forklift, welders, compressor maintenance
- Identify damaged equipment and arrange repairs
- Maintain equipment register and maintenance schedule
- Store equipment in a safe and organised manner at our Yatala storage facility
- Bundle and load triage equipment in preparation for dispatch
- Manage storage solutions to ensure they comply to standards
- Liaise with Operations Manager for equipment and tools required for sites
- Travel to attend sites to off load equipment once delivered
- Responding to team requests (collecting parts, materials etc.)
- Adhere to all WHS policies and procedure to achieve a zero-harm outcome

**Hours**
- Monday - Friday
- Full Time starting as casual with potential to become permanent
- Based out of our Yatala Storage facility
- Close to M1 and parking on site

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)
- HR Licence (preferred)
- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
