**ROLE OBJECTIVE**

The Warehouse and Deliveries Associate is responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, as well as managing deliveries to customers or other facilities. This role ensures that all goods are handled efficiently, accurately, and safely to meet customer and company expectations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy of the delivered goods.

Store products in designated locations within the warehouse, following the company’s inventory system.

2. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring they are accurate and ready for delivery.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following company procedures and safety regulations.

3. Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to monitor stock levels and report discrepancies. Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or manual logs to track and update inventory status.

4. Assist with inventory control and replenishment as necessary.

5. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment to load and unload goods from trucks and shipping containers.

6. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure they meet quality and quantity standards.

7. Deliveries: Safely load products onto delivery vehicles, ensuring that goods are secured for transport. Drive company vehicles to deliver goods to customers or other business locations within scheduled timeframes.

8. Unload products at the delivery destination, ensuring proper handling and customer satisfaction.

9. Maintain delivery logs, obtain customer signatures, and report any issues encountered during delivery.

10. Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, ensuring all delivery expectations are met. Address any customer inquiries or concerns during delivery, and escalate issues to management when necessary.

11. Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance: Perform regular checks and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles.

12. Report any mechanical issues or repairs needed for warehouse equipment or delivery vehicles.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Proven experience in warehouse operations and/or delivery services.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (commercial driver’s license may be required depending on company needs).

Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse machinery (forklift certification).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

Good time management and organizational skills.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and shipping processes.

Familiarity with warehouse management software or ERP systems is a plus.
