**The Role**:
Maxima, and Tradeware, are looking for a motivated individual to undertake a Warehouse Storeperson Traineeship.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for ensuring all supplies and equipment are processed and stored efficiently within the warehouse.

Across 2-years gain paid, hands-on industry experience and study time to complete a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations**.

**Duties Include**:

- Load and unload deliveries
- Pick, pack, and dispatch stock
- Stocktake and inventory control
- Customer service with clients and suppliers
- Process sale orders including data entry
- Maintain clean and productive warehouse space
- Comply and maintain all aspects of WHS standards

**About You**:

- Reliable, keen and willing to learn
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail
- Thrives working under pressure
- Great problem-solving skills and completes tasks to a high standard
- Can manage and prioritise time and tasks efficiently
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow directions

**Role Requirements**:

- Current driver’s licence and own car
- Physically fit and healthy due to manual work
- Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment assessment including drug and alcohol screen
- Technologically savvy including Microsoft Office suites
