**The Role**
Reporting to the Commercial Manager for this division, you will be responsible for business partnering across a high profile division providing key financial performance analysis and advice to stakeholders, managers and senior leadership teams. Other duties include (but not limited to):

- Providing analysis and data-driven insights that support the successful delivery of key initiatives;
- Tracking of financial performance and delivery of insights to steer the business forward operationally;
- Business partnering with stakeholders building productive and trusted working relationships;
- Accurately forecast future Sales and GP for weekly outlooks, forecasts, budgeting and strategic planning processes;
- Analysis and reporting on performance, identifying key drivers;
- Demonstrating excellent commercial acumen to identify further areas of opportunity;
- Making recommendations that maximize whole-of-business outcomes;
- Presenting analysis, insights and recommendations to stakeholder groups; and
- Managing the BAU of the portfolio to ensure budgets are met.

- Strong data analysis and modelling skills - integrity adn precision integral
- Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills - commercial and client facing role
- Ability to make the complex simple - broad stakeholders
- Experience working with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
