**About the Opportunity**

Are you passionate about driving meaningful cultural change across an organisation? As the Culture Project Lead, you will spearhead a transformative, enterprise-wide initiative to embed cultural change aligned with strategic objectives. This high-impact role involves complex project governance, engaging cross-functional stakeholders at all levels, leveraging the expertise of external cultural consultants, and ensuring the successful delivery and sustainability of the Cultural Transformation program.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the end-to-end management of the Cultural Transformation project, from planning through to execution and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including strategy, reports, action plans, and risk registers.
- Champion the Cultural Transformation vision, ensuring it is clearly communicated and embraced across the organisation.
- Engage and coordinate stakeholders across diverse business units and seniority levels.
- Facilitate alignment between stakeholders and organisational values, strategy, and operations.
- Drive accountability among project partners and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
- Establish and lead governance structures such as steering committees and working groups.
- Collaborate with external cultural experts to shape a tailored transformation roadmap.
- Embed change management and communication strategies to ensure long-term impact.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional projects; experience in cultural change or organisational development is highly desirable.
- Skilled in translating strategic goals into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across all organisational levels.
- Demonstrated success in implementing change management strategies to support project delivery.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.

**Eligibility**

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
