
Receptionist/administration Assistant

A busy prestige car dealership in Lindfield is looking for a receptionist to join their office team.
**The Role**:
As part of their administration team you will be the first point of contract both in person and over the phone, this role includes delivering excellent customer service.
The position is a permanent full-time role 5 days a week.
Hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm
**Your main responsibilities will include**:
- Answering incoming calls and switchboard management
- Data entry/Managing consultants diaries
- Maintaining companies database
- General administration duties as required
- Moderate-experienced level computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Energetic, dynamic, "can-do" and cooperative personality
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- A high level of professionalism and personal presentation
- The ability to work independently and with flexibility
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
