Creative Director

As Creative Director, you will shape and drive THEPARKS’ visual identity across diverse channels. From concept to delivery, you will lead design projects, ensuring they align with our brand’s unique aesthetic and market appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a product curation strategy, selecting designer brands and collections that resonate with THEPARKS' audience, reflecting current trends and aesthetics.
- Lead creative direction for multimedia promotional projects, including both digital and print campaigns.
- Manage artistic collaborations and partnerships, enhancing the brand’s aesthetic vision.
- Oversee the creative process for THEPARKS’ new original fashion line.
- Ensure consistency with brand standards and project goals across all marketing and design initiatives.
- Define design objectives for new fashion lines in collaboration with key stakeholders to align with brand goals.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand and communicate impactful design requirements.
- Develop concepts that appeal to THEPARKS’ audience, utilizing sketches, layouts, and illustrations.
- Collaborate with internal team as well as external artists, designers to refine and finalise design solutions.
- Recommend materials and media that enhance both function and aesthetic across digital and print formats.
- Manage the production process of the new fashion line, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
- Document and archive designs for future reference.
**Requirements**:
- A relevant Australian tertiary qualification with a minimum of one year of postgraduate experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in high-end fashion or multimedia design.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
