**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**(1) Brand Strategy and Vision**
Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with AIDAN's brand goals and long-term vision. Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints. Conduct regular market research and trend analysis to keep AIDAN at the forefront of the travel and lifestyle industry. Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring all creative output reflects the brand's premium positioning and values.
**(2) Marketing and Campaign Leadership**
Conceptualise and direct seasonal campaigns that resonate with global audiences, reinforcing AIDAN's brand story and values. Oversee the development of digital content, including video, photography, and social media assets, ensuring a seamless integration of storytelling and visuals. Work with the marketing and e-commerce teams to craft immersive brand experiences, such as pop-up stores, events, or partnerships with influencers. Manage creative production budgets and timelines to deliver high-quality campaigns within constraints.
**(3) Customer Experience Design**
Enhance the customer journey by creating an integrated and elevated experience across all channels, including online, retail, and packaging. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to refine the e-commerce experience, ensuring it aligns with AIDAN's visual identity and storytelling approach. Innovate on unboxing experiences and retail displays to strengthen the emotional connection with customers.
**(4) Team Leadership**
Build, manage, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, including designers, copywriters, and freelancers. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence, encouraging team members to push creative boundaries. Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to help team members grow professionally. Manage team workloads and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
**(5) Stakeholder Collaboration**
Partner with senior leadership to translate business objectives into actionable creative strategies that drive growth. Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure creative projects support broader company goals. Act as the primary point of contact for external creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and other collaborators. Present creative concepts and campaigns to internal stakeholders, effectively communicating the vision and rationale behind decisions.
**(6) Global Brand Adaptation**
Tailor creative assets to resonate with diverse cultural markets while maintaining a cohesive global identity. Partner with regional teams to understand local customer preferences and incorporate them into campaigns and product designs. Monitor global trends in travel, fashion, and lifestyle to keep AIDAN's creative approach fresh and relevant.
**Key Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior creative leadership role, preferably in lifestyle, travel, or fashion-related industries. Exceptional portfolio showcasing a history of impactful brand campaigns, product designs, and creative innovation. Strong understanding of design principles, storytelling, and consumer trends in the travel and luxury markets. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders alike. A passion for travel and understanding of premium consumer preferences is a plus.
