**What’s on Offer**
As the Learning, Development and Engagement Manager, you will design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning programs that drive commercial outcomes, cultural success and high performance. You’ll play a key role in rolling out and refining our Learning and Development Strategy, delivering leadership programs, and building a strong internal technical trainer community.
This role involves significant stakeholder engagement, ensuring learning solutions align with strategic priorities. You’ll work closely with leadership teams to provide tailored, contemporary solutions that enhance performance, engagement, and capability. With a focus on continuous improvement and national alignment where possible, you’ll also support the roll out of a new ABN People Management System. You will support and drive employee engagement activities including pulse surveys, follow on from the annual employee engagement survey and activities that engage and enrich our employee's experience while at work.

You will have a proven record in understanding employee engagement and driving and measuring engagement within a workplace. You will love hearing from our people and using this feedback to enhance our employee experience and value proposition.
You will have:
- A qualification in HR or a related field, plus a Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and blended learning
- A love of presenting
- Experience with learning systems like Articulate 360, Rise, and Moodle - viewed highly
- Understand data metrics that measure engagement and drive high performance
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- A commitment to creating great employee experiences
- The ability to laugh and have fun
