**The Role**

As a superstar coordinator, you will provide full administrative support and campaign coordination for our media sales team. You can showcase your skillset by:

- Ensuring basic administrative tasks are delivered to a high standard with quality results,
- Creating sales schedules for TV and Digital and assisting in putting together sales proposals, presentations, and documents for clients and preparing weekly revenue reports,
- Managing TV and Online sales bookings, liaising with clients, and media agencies regarding bookings and schedule times, and maintaining appropriate files/records.
- Monitoring our digital inventory, developing media schedules, responding to client briefs in consultation with the Sales Executive, and maintaining online campaign reporting and sourcing online creative content.

**About you**
- Creating outstanding work using Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and also learn new software packages,
- Preparing general correspondence, sales presentations, reports and spreadsheets,
- Well organised with a detail oriented outlook who completes tasks consistently to a high standard,
- Confident presenter with well-developed written and verbal communication skills,
- Demonstrated ability and experience in balancing competing priorities and delivering results,
- Well developed customer service skills, with the ability to remain flexible in a demanding deadline driven environment.
