**Your role**
The Coordinator Records Practice is both a hands-on and strategic training coordinator, supporting the team's daily operations, responding to requests, and coordinating training activities. This role involves assisting with the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs, while promoting the continuous improvement of records and information management practices across all business units.
**What you’ll do**
- Manage the organisation’s corporate records management business system, covering the training calendar, facilities, participant administration, registration, communication, evaluation, and reporting.
- Undertake training administration such as:
- Enrolment, tracking attendance and aftercare support.
- Analyse training statistics
- Compile evaluations
- Assist with the design and development of training resources, such as learning videos and eLearning modules.
- Deliver small group training both online and face-to-face
- Develop, review, and keep all training documentation up to date
- Assist in the development and implementation of records management training plan and procedures.
**What we’re looking for**
- Experience and knowledge of using and training Content Manager (TRIM), or similar electronic document records management software
- Proficient use of learning management software, and other related tools
- Qualifications related to training and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience in the delivery of training
- Someone who has attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
- National Criminal History Record Check
- Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012.
