We're now hiring a **Workshop/Production Manager** to join our high-performing team at **Gemini Mitchell**.

**About the Opportunity**

As our next **Production Manager**, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our busy collision repair workshop.

You'll be responsible for:

- Overseeing repair methods and quality assurance
- Ensuring estimates are followed and repairs meet high standards
- Supporting the Centre Manager in leading and developing the production team
- Driving workshop efficiency, safety, and team culture

**What We’re Looking For**:
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

- Minimum **2 years’ experience** in a similar leadership or management role in collision repair
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
