**Our Client**
Our client is a key Federal Government agency with high-level responsibility for overseeing the development and administration of policies, programs, initiatives and technology that ensure the health and welfare of the Australian population. Working closely with other agencies within their portfolio, our client is undertaking a number of significant ICT projects to enable the development and provision of a range of services for Australians.

**The Role**
Our client is seeking an IT Product Manager to be a key representative in several program level events as well as contributing to or leading larger Program activities. The Product Manager is responsible for advocating for business priorities and customer experience.
Key responsibilities will include:

- Understand and champion client needs by performing customer experience and research activities
- Work with stakeholders to understand the business objectives and define the Product Vision
- Work with Product Owners to break down Epics into Features and Enablers as needed.
- Develop product propositions and determine product positioning and variants

**Skills and Experience**
- Extensive experience working with the Program Management Group and Business Stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to Initiate creation of new products and services
- Extensive experience and expertise to showcase newly developed products and services
- Experience in Coordinating customer testing and product launches
- Relevant qualifications/certification/accreditation
