Great 12 month contract opportunity for an experienced accounts professional to join a vibrant team.

**Your new company**
We are partnering with a National FM service provider that has a reputation built on delivering an exceptional suit of services to its clients in both the public and private sectors. With a focus on tailored solutions that utilize technology and software to ensure maximum efficiency to its partners, this client always puts the customer at the centre of what they do but understands their team is the key to their success. They are now looking to expand their team by appointing an Accounts Officer on a 12 month contract.

**Your new role**
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Daily bank Reconciliations
- Equipment and stock ordering / Processing order requests
- Maintaining and updating Reckon Accounts in an accurate state
- Use and maintenance of various excel registers
- Updating various systems as required
- Answering phones - reporting messages and transferring to the relevant department
- Customer Service

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in a similar role and a solid understanding of accounts
- Previous payroll experience will be an advantage
- Experience with an ERP system is highly regarded
- have extensive experience using Microsoft Office
