**About the role**

The role is in a Human Resources business partnering team supporting people leaders and employees across Sunnyfield. Initially, performance will be a key feature so you’ll need an understanding of these process and great relationship building skills. Beyond that, we’ve got some exciting projects in the pipeline to improve the people experience across Sunnyfield. We’re dreaming of big, bright days

What you’ll do day to day:

- Provide very human support and advice to people leaders and employees.
- Help us develop and update our policies and processes to create better employee experiences.
- Help us deliver people projects to better meet business needs and create better employee experiences.
- Support people leaders to build their capability and confidence to better support their teams.
- Build relationships Sunnyfield is all about people so great relationships with these human people is essential.

**About you**

This could be a great role for a HR Advisor with some experience wanting to step up and build their capability in a business partnering role. It could also suit a more experienced business partner looking for some of that precious work/life balance
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology or Business is an advantage but don’t rule yourself out if you have experience and no qualifications.
- Previous experience as a Human Resources Advisor or Business Partner coordinating performance conversations in a very human way.
- An understanding of the Community Services sector would be ideal, but we know a savvy operator can pick it up
- Great communicator with the ability to quickly build rapport and great working relationships.
- The ability to get in and know the business you work in.
