**About QIMR Berghofer**:
QIMR Berghofer is a world-leading translational medical research institute focused on improving health by developing new diagnostics, better treatments and prevention strategies, specifically in the areas of Brain and Mental Health, Cancer, Infection and Inflammation and Population Health. Based in Herston, Brisbane and working in close collaboration with clinicians and other research institutes, QIMR Berghofer is home to more than 600 scientists, students and non-research staff.

**About the People & Culture team**:
The People & Culture Department is responsible for the Institute’s HR Strategy & Development, HR Operations, Payroll, Graduate Student Development and Safety & Wellbeing. Within People & Culture, the Graduate Student Development team oversees the student services and supports the students, academic staff and external stakeholders by providing informative advice and exceptional assistance.

**Role Purpose / Responsibilities**:
We are seeking an experienced administrator who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and comprehensive administrative support. You will work closely with the Graduate Development Coordinator to provide informative advice and services to students, as well as professional and academic staff in relation to student matters whilst adhering to Institute and University rules, policies, procedures and relevant legislation.

**Remuneration**: Salary range is $44,999 to $50,286 p.a (pro rata) plus super and salary packaging. This is a permanent, part-time (0.6FTE) appointment.
