Are you a **Fashion Graduate** looking for a perfect opportunity? Join our In Fashion team as a Merchandise Assistant, this will help develop your skills by supporting the Category Manager with buying sheets, product setups and purchasing. This opportunity offers comprehensive exposure to a Merchandise Team.

**What you can expect to do**:

- Provide outstanding administrative assistance and support to the Category Manager
- Setup, monitor and main product buy sheets
- Complete product set ups, catalogue builds in a timely manner
- Raise purchase orders and ensure all details are correct and achieve production deadlines ensuring delivery is made on time to maximise sales opportunities
- Communicate with vendor in a professional manner
- Support the team with various ad hoc administration task such as working with samples for production development and photo shoots
- Join a fast-paced digital v-commerce retail environment

**What we need from you**:

- A proven track record as proactive administration assistant
- Previous experienced as a retail Merchandise Assistant would be an advantage
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and hit the ground running
- Demonstrated proficiency in excel (intermediate) and data entry
- Outstanding Communication skills - internal and external
- Highly organised, with a flexible ‘Can Do’ approach
- Detail oriented and driven by deadlines
- A great team player
- A hunger for learning, grow and develop
