About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Priceline Pharmacy Forestway as a full/part-time Beauty Advisor. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to help our customers find the perfect beauty and skincare products to meet their needs.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, guiding customers to the right products and solutions for their needs
• Demonstrating and promoting products to customers, showcasing their features and benefits
• Maintaining product knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and innovations
• Assisting with visual merchandising and stock management to ensure an inviting and well-stocked store
• Contributing to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Participating in team meetings and training to continuously develop your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

• Passion for the beauty and skincare industry, with a strong understanding of current trends and products
• Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to help customers find the perfect products
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the beauty or retail industry
