**Your new role**
The purpose of your role will be to support the Team Manager in providing a quality service to the membership of the super fund, through efficient and accurate answering of inbound telephone calls and written communication. Some key responsibilities will be:

- Providing top-tier customer service to clients, by going above and beyond to enhance the customer experience
- Provide technical advice regarding superannuation and on occasions general advice if accredited to do so

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ability to interview straight away and start ASAP
- Go through in-office training before moving to a WFH model if that's your preference
- Contact centre experience is required, as they need people to hit the ground running and be capable when WFH
- Superannuation, banking or financial services is advantageous but not required
- Ability to commit to a fulltime contract, with M-F hours rotating between 08:00-19:00 or 08:00-18:00
- Demonstrated experience going above and beyond for clients in a phone based role
- PR and Citizen only
