**A Day in the Life
**Using your strong interpersonal and collaboration skills you will work closely with a highly engaged team of Clinical Specialists and Territory Managers to passionately launch, promote and sell our products in the public sector to nurse educators and endocrinologists and to certified product trainers in the private sector both virtually and face to face. Successfully delivering against sales targets and strategy will require you to be commercially astute, resilient and self-driven. 'Hands on' patient contact and the ability to work on campaigns with fast paced technology make this role fulfilling as you get the opportunity to see how our devices change people lives.
Responsibilities will Include:
- Conduct on-site education and / or consulting for healthcare professionals and patients
- Supports field personnel in providing the best possible outcomes and service for Medtronic customers.
- Partners with sales colleagues to develop and execute plans of sales for within Diabetes portfolio
- Participates in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.
- Works closely with the State Manager and a team of other Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists to provide customer case and sales support. Identifies and facilitates execution on growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team and serves as a technical resource.
**Must haves**
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Medical or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in medical devices, science or pharmaceutical Industry Effective communicator who is highly organised with strong presentation skills
