**Description**:
Atomic Brewery Redfern has an incredibly exciting opportunity opening up in the role of Assistant Venue Manager (Full Time).

This role is perfect for an established hospo pro with a passion for craft beer and guest experience, and is looking to expand their toolkit in a vibrant and creative, perhaps unconventional boutique Hospitality environment
This role will also suit a strong duty manager or restaurant/bar manager looking to take that next step in their career.

We're looking for someone with energy and a love for throwing a great event but also knows how to deliver amazing customer experiences on the day-to-day.

**The Venue**:

- Located on Regent Street in Redfern
- Operational brewery with a full-time brewer on-site
- 200 pax venue with a great entertainment offering.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Do you have**:

- Experience in functions, events and managing bookings through an online solution (must)
- A passion for furthering a career in hospitality
- a collaborative, creative and solutions-focused approached
- Basic knowledge with financials, rostering and ordering (we can provide training
- A strong focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, the local community and businesses
- RSA - Approved Manager certification
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality service
